Your multiplex. Built by Mizan.

We build our own.
We can build yours.

You bring the property and the ambition.
We bring the experience to move it forward.

For more than 20 years, we have developed and built multiplex projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. With more than 20 completed projects, we understand the decisions that shape a successful build: efficient layouts, practical construction details, realistic budgets and homes people want to live in.

We bring that same experience to homeowners and developers who want us to build for them. Whether you are exploring your property’s potential or have drawings ready to price, we can help you work through the next steps.

From first conversation to final handover

A clear path
from land to homes.

Start with an address, an early concept or a complete drawing package. We establish where your project stands, what needs to happen next and where our team can add value.

01

Understand the project

We discuss your property, goals, drawings and timing. Together with the relevant consultants, we identify site constraints, outstanding questions and the information needed for a useful preliminary budget.

02

Plan & price the work

We review the design for buildability, develop the scope, price the construction and consider practical alternatives. Inclusions, exclusions, allowances and the proposed contract are discussed before work begins.

03

Build & hand over

We coordinate trades, site activity, inspections and construction decisions through to completion. Progress updates, change approvals and a documented handover keep responsibilities clear.

Meet Mizan ↗

Before you build

Your multiplex
questions, answered.

Every property and project is different. Here is where we start the conversation.

Will Mizan build a multiplex on my property?

Yes. Alongside our own developments, we welcome enquiries from homeowners and developers looking for a builder. Share your address, plans if available and project goals so we can review the fit and the scope of support you need.

Do I need drawings before contacting you?

No. You can contact us while exploring your options, during design or once your drawings are ready for pricing. Early builder involvement can help identify cost and construction considerations before the design is finalized.

Can you work with my architect and consultants?

Yes. We can collaborate with your existing design team, review the drawings for buildability and coordinate construction around the agreed plans and scope. We establish responsibilities together at the outset.

How much does a multiplex cost to build?

A useful estimate depends on the drawings, number and size of homes, site conditions, servicing, structure and specifications. We develop pricing around your project and identify what is included, excluded or carried as an allowance.

Construction is one part of the overall development budget. Consultant fees, municipal charges, financing, taxes and other owner costs also need to be considered.

Can you help me understand what my lot can accommodate?

We can help identify the construction and budget questions to explore with your architect and relevant consultants. Permitted use, home count and buildable area depend on the property and current municipal requirements; a site-specific review is needed.

How long does a multiplex project take?

Timing depends on the design stage, approvals, servicing, site conditions, procurement and construction scope. We distinguish the planning and approval stages from the construction schedule and establish milestones around your particular project.

Do you offer fixed-price or construction management contracts?

We discuss the appropriate contract structure after reviewing your drawings, scope and project stage. Pricing certainty depends on how much is defined. We make the proposed fee structure, allowances, exclusions and change process clear before you commit.

A property. A plan. A conversation.

Let’s build what’s next.

Whether you are considering your first multiplex or preparing your next development, start with a team that has done it before.
